The Story Behind Our Name

The documentation.

A useful report identifies the tested sample, batch and laboratory. No Diosa batch reports are currently published here; the guide below explains what to look for in a report.

Documentation Questions

Reading a laboratory report

The details
behind the document.

A certificate of analysis records tests on a sample.
Check what was tested, by whom, and for which batch.

Match the batch.
Look for the exact compound, sample description and lot number. Confirm how the tested sample relates to the product and batch being described.
Read the results.
Check the test methods, units, specifications and numerical results. A purity result alone does not establish identity, quantity, sterility or suitability for use.
Check the source.
Identify the issuing laboratory, report number, dates and approval. Verify the report directly with the laboratory where possible.
