About DSIP

In a small placebo controlled study of 16 people with chronic insomnia, some measured sleep changes were weak and subjective sleep quality did not improve. The researchers did not find a major short term therapeutic benefit.

This study does not support presenting DSIP as a reliable solution for insomnia or promising deeper, more restorative sleep.
